Runtime Error 217 @ 0052D97B

When I right click on the resident (teatimer) icon in the task bar and select "Run Spybot-S&D" from the list, I get the runtime error.

Also, today (2011-02-23) I tried to update my database but there were no updates!! What gives?

No one ever posted how to fix this! I get it everytime I try to open S&D from my program list. Help!! I'm running Windows 7 home premium & keep up with the updates thru Windows & Spybot S&D.
