S&D wont open

I keep getting a little pop-up from the task tray saying "Your computer is infected! Windows has detected spyware infection" that is a quote. I tried to run S&D but it wont even open. Does anyone have a suggestion?
 
Can you run a anti-virus scan?
Seems to be the malware that is disabling anti-spyware programs from activation :sad:, you'll have to rename your Spybot-SD desktop icon to something else. One example would be "Spybot-SD". Renaming it, Spybot can run.

Run a scan with Spybot and fix what it detects.
