safe removal ?

spybot keeps detecting the following:

LSA:Settings
HKEY_USERS\S-1-5-18\SYSTEM\currentcontrolSet\control\Lsa

HKEY_USERS\DEFAULT\SYSTEM\CurrentcontrolSetControl\Lsa

Is it safe to remove this, if not, what is it. I have updated to Spybot 1.4 and it has not solved the issue.
