Same Scan Results every time

I use Spybot v2. I've noticed that each time I run the program (it runs every night), I get the same results, although the system appears to clean correctly. I have attached the last two logs, the second run immediately after the first. I am particularly concerned about the four higher rated events.

Please advise how these can be permanently deleted.

Nothing to worry.
That are only Cookies and Usage Tracks. They generate new everytime you use your PC or visit the Internet.
