So I have run this scan several times and many items are found that I would like to remove. They are automatically checked and I click FIX. My computer immediately freezes and nothing happens. It never does anything else, and I have to CTRL ALT DELETE to go to task manager and end program because it just hangs there. What's up with that?

You could try leaving it for a little bit if you want to,even if the window says not responding,before shutting Spybot down with task manager.Sometimes the window will start responding again after a bit.Don't leave it like that for overly long,like hours or anything,just 5 or 10 minutes,and be cautious.
