Scan Won't Complete Successfully

Hi ,
Can anyone help me out .I am having trouble with a virus so I downloaded Spybot .
After a scan it fixes most of the detected threats then can fails on one.
The error messsage I get says: Some problems couldn't be fixed. This could be because associated files are still in use.I made sure evertything was closed. I have tried a few restarts but no luck.

The malware is called MyWay.MyWebSearch and no other info comes up.

Please Help

What is your Operating System?
Can you run Spybot in 'Safe Mode' (provided with the latest updates)?

Should I try to run it in safe mode first?

Yes, give it a shot with 'Safe Mode'.

If it gets persistent, you'll need to start your own thread in the Malware Removal Forums.

No Luck with safe mode either Drragostea.
