Scanning dialog won't stay closed

I am Running SBSD 2 on a win 7 ultimate on a desktop, I really like it, but have a slight problem, i keep getting a seprate scanning diaglog box pop-up, I uncheck show this again option but it still shows up, any suggestions

Can't think of anything offhand,but Spybot 2.1 doesn't have that separate scanning window,if you wanted to check the newer one out:
