SDHelper.dll

I am using XP SP2, IE6 6.0.2900.2180.xpsp_sp2_gdr.070227-2254. IE will not load and there are numerous processes of iexplorer.exe running. I have tracked the problem down to the SDHelper.dll v1.5.2.0. When I disable this add-on everything works fine.

Can you tell me if you have seen this problem or if it is fixed with another version of this dll?
