SDTray.exe System Error

I received this error with the following detail:

The program can't start because snlBase150.bpl is missing from your computer. Try re-installing the program to fix this problem.

Not sure of the cause. The only thing I may have done is to uninstall 'Classic Shell'. I uninstalled Spybot 2.2 > Restarteded the computer > re-installed Spybot 2.2.
Now everything works fine.

... received this error. Right after upgrading my system from windows 8.0 Pro 32-bit to 8.1 Pro.

As soon as it started into Win 8.1 the first time, I got this error message. I click OK and it reappears; I click OK again, and it goes away until the next restart.

Does anybody know why? And how to resolve it? I've seen suggestions that it may go away if I uninstall SpyBot Search & Destroy but, since I paid for this suite, I'm hesitant to simply dump it.

Any advice will be appreciated.

There was a new Spybot released for people who use Windows 8.1:

Which version do you have installed?If you're not sure which one,it will say at the top when you open Spybot-S&D Start Center.
