Well what does the "Analysis" of the defragment window say? Is there some "red" bars?
One tool I personally use it Auslogics Disk Defrag. In the end results, it tells you the percent of fragmentation, performance gain (%), and how many files were fragmented.
However, what I disliked was the nag... "text" that said about purchasing one of their products. Trust, Auslogics defrags like it was nothing. It's much faster.
