security center service wont stay enabled

On windows xp everytime I start the security center service and enable it and then i logoff/logon or reboot it will be disable again.. What can i do for my security center service to stay enabled ?

thank you very much, my security center stays enabled now..i checked show messages from Windows Security Center and it running great again..:bigthumb:
