Seeking for someone to do a skin =)

Hi everybody, I'm seeking for someone to do a new skin, i've already did the logo but I can edit any line to the ini file, I'm a newbie in scripting :s

Font used : Engravers MT Bold Expanded (Already present in Windows so i think it's freeware)
Program used : The GIMP 2.6

Don't speak german please, because i'm french :(
