seeking removal help for win32.banker.anV

I'm new to this but Spybot S&D has failed to pull this bug out of our VPs computer and I'm seeking assistance. He also has win32.Delf.C. Thanks for any assistance you can provide.:sad:

When the infected computer in question is a company machine in the workplace, and you are an employee.

The intention of this forum is not to replace a company's IT department, nor can we anticipate alterations or configurations that may have been made to a business machine, or how it will interact with the tools commonly used in the removal of malware.

We are a small organization and don't have an IT department. I'm one of the younger staff members and therefore, the computer "expert". Scary thought!
 
so you still can't help, even though there is no IT department at my company!? Seriously? I have no other way to figure this out. :-(
 
I would say 15 perhaps? Nobody else is having symptoms of infection as far as I'm aware (and I would be because every time something freezes, people come yelling for me!).
