Several problems with my pc

I have my pc filled with viruses.. well.. i just reinstalled windows on c after formating it but i wanted to keep my precious data on d.
in 10 min or so i get the following problems :
"Taskmanager disabled by admin"
"editing the registry is disabled by admin"
"i cannot download antivir software in some cases(bit defender, nod32 - it stucks at 99% - used several different links)"
"i cannot install antivir software (it reboots like at 85% of the install)"
"if i can (by miracle i instaled avg 7.5 free edition) install antivir, well i cannot update them making them usless and after one restart no antivir protection is loaded"

Please take a look on this odd situation and give me some advices. I did a hijackthis scan and i`ll post the log file :

Download and Run RSIT
  • Please download Random's System Information Tool by random/random from here and save it to your desktop.
  • Double click on RSIT.exe to run RSIT.
  • Click Continue at the disclaimer screen.
  • Once it has finished, two logs will open:
    • log.txt will be opened maximized.
    • info.txt will be opened minimized.
  • Please post the contents of both log.txt and info.txt.
