Cannot delete. It tells that it must be in use in the Register; and it will get rid of it at the next start-up. Have tried 3 times but it's still there.

Tried to immune it, but that dosen't help either. HELP!!!

Please start Spybot in safe mode and try to fix it there. Can you add a report? After your scan, right-click and choose "Safe results to file".
