Is there anyway to add a desk top shortcut for the shredder,,,Thanks

To create a Shortcut for SDShred.exe:

• Using Windows explorer navigate to the following folder:
  • C:\Program Files\Spybot - Search & Destroy
• Right click on SDShred.exe and select Create Shortcut. The Shortcut for SDShred.exe should be created in that folder.
• To move it to your desktop:
  • Drag it from the folder to your desktop.
    --- or ---
  • Right click on the shortcut and select Cut and then paste (Ctrl+V) it to your desktop.

Additional questions

1. Are there any shredder command line options so that it could be used via a batch file?

2. Is it possible to use the shredder with an external file list for files across multiple directories?

My problem (and I'm probably not alone)
Over the years 100's of files have got duplicated across a multitude folders - possibly with name variants. Whilst it is a fairly trivial task to write a PERL script to identify and list file duplicates using say md5's and files sizes - it would be a horrendous task to go through the listed files manually looking for sensitive data. Therefore the expedient solution is to automatically shred all unwanted duplicates.

Hence the need for one of the above alternatives.

BTW - I agree with the above - excellent work team!
