Smifraud.c & Trojan.W32.Looksky

Please help me!!!!!My system got affected with "Smifraud.c" and it made system a hell.It changes the wallpaper and opens a number of alert boxes and Internet explorer pages which directs to some page saying "privacy security cleaner" asks me download a software.I tried removing it with spybot but it comes up again when i restart my system.And alert boxes say that my system got affected with "Trojan.W32.Looksky".PLease help me out.Thanks in advance.
