When I restart my computer I get a black screen with nothing but a cursor at the bottom next to a little icon or image that looks like a smiley with it's tongue hanging out.
When this happens I can't hit escape or anything to get it off. I have to turn the computer off and reboot from a windows XP disc.
I have run kasperskys online virus scan... I have Shield deluxe 2009 installed, spybot destroyer and none of them have found the cause nor removed the lil bugger.
