smitfraud-c 888 has gone?

i used SmitfraudFix did the 3 options it seems to be gone (used spybot) does the winjnr32.dll get deleted manually? or is it a system file? it seemed to be the file that started it. maybe?

Welcome to the forum, the instructions tell you to post those three logs, there is no way we can tell what you did without seeing them.
