Smitfraud-C.Coreservice trojan

Clicking on the right hand grey button it mentions that to remove it, I might have to manually close the file.

I have removed it (aswell as some others that spybot have found), and done a re-scan.

The smitfraud-C.Coreservice trojan is now not found.

Does it mean that it has been removed, and I don't have to manually remove it?

I suggest you make sure your version of Spybot S&D is up to date and immunized and run it again to see if the issue clears up before you post.
