My dad is 85 and has given me the task to fix his computer. Spybot found smithfraud-c and I can see its still not running right. I even had norton come in remotely and they couldnt figure it out and just gave me a case number. I am new to your forum and appreciate your advice. Regards, Di

In case you missed it please see the sticky which includes guidelines for this forum and instructions in post #2 on how to provide the preliminary DDS/aswMBR logs used for analysis.

You will need to start a new thread providing the logs as shown in that FAQ.
A volunteer analyst would then take a look when available.
