Smitfraud-C.Toolbar888 and PWS.LDPinchIE keep returning

Greetings, I read the intro and I'm new at this so I have to go slow and easy.

I need to start at the very begining.

These two trojan and malware keep comeing up on my spybot checks after the next start-up even after they are said to be cleaned up by spybot.

Smitfraud-C.Toolbar888
PWS.LDPinchIE


Something keeps disableing my Symantec AntiVirus auto protection even after I reinstall it and I sometimes get a blue screen warning on start up.

Can you folks please help me?
