smitfraud-c

I have been infected with smitfraud-c. I tryed to remove it with spybot. I found many similar threads that sudgested combofix. I ran combofix and the bulk of my problems went away. I still can't get my desktop background to work. When I try to change the desktop background I get a "Cannot find file:///C:/windows/privacy_danger?index.htm'. Make sure the path of internet adress is correct" alarm.

Please let me know if there are further step I can make to fully recove from the smitfraud-c virus.
