two days ago the computer started to run really slowly and error messages kept coming up saying that there are viruses on the computer and they need to be removed and it is a security level 5 warning.. then it sends me to a website to buy a program to fix the problem.. obviously i didnt buy it.. i ran spybot and it came up with this error.. SmitFraud-CCoreService.. it has 4 sub files in the error and 2 can be removed the other two cannot..
there is also a red box with a white cross through it in the toolbar..
could you please help as this is getting really annoying???..
also my background keeps changing to a red screen with your privacy is at risk underneth..

also is there a good pop up blocker for mozilla firefox??
