smitfraud removal

I am not computer savvy at all I apologize for my ignorance. . . I wonder if I may have some help removing the smitfraud core c trojan from my computer. . . my son downloaded a bunch of stuff from p2p's w/o me knowing. . . i have removed them all I am pretty sure, but don't know what to do now. . . thanks in advance for any help.

Start a new topic providing the HJT log, then I will close this one as helpers look for threads without a response.
