Smithfraud, Searchfeed, OVguide Popups

I have absolutely no idea how to eradicate these crazy popups and have run spybotS&D, lavasoft, TrendMicro.

TrendMirco says the computer is clean, spybot continually finds smithfraud.

I really don't even know how to communicate the appropriate information for you to assist me. Please be very specific and I will provide any necessary information for you to review.
