Socket error # 10061

Installed Sypbot 1.4 and when i try to det updates I get the following message
socket error #10061. I have deleted the old version and reinstalled with no difference.

Any suggestions

Thanks. We are not behind a proxy server however turning off the firewall seemed to do the trick. Can you tell me what ports Spybot is using so I can open up the access.

To the best of my knowledge the communication is http via Port 80. In most firewalls you have to authorize SpybotSD.exe to access the internet.
