Some problems

I have run spybot and think I have gotten rid of things like hotbar, zango etc, but there still seems to be one program adservice.cpxinteractive that keeps putting popups on the screen even when not connected to the internet, I am new to this after being recommended to use spybot, do any of you clever guys know how to get rid of this thing.

Hi,

Download DDS and save it to your desktop from here or here or here.
Disable any script blocker, and then double click dds.scr to run the tool.
  • When done, DDS will open two (2) logs:
    1. DDS.txt
    2. Attach.txt
  • Save both reports to your desktop. Post them back to your topic.
