Something left after removal

I downloaded SPYBOT S&D and it did not work for me (froze up my machine). After removal I still have one item remaining, the ICON shows up in my task bar with a lock on it. If I search I find one item remaining in C Program Files and it cannot be removed.

The title of the ICON in the task bar is "SPYBOT-SD Resident" and when opened it seems to be a log of my actions relative to SPYBOT.

Can anyone tell me how to delete this final remaining item?

Not very observant, I see. A little below your post is the thread Spybot SD Resident though Spybot uninstalled
