spy bot wont run

it starts it runs finds a few things then a popup window comes up and asks if i want to add spybot to my startup i click yes or no and the window keeps poping up it wont allow me to cleanup the system the popup just keeps coming up

Are you talking about Spybots TeaTimer (see under 8.) ?? You can disable it if you have problems with your fix. The path:
Open Spybot > Mode > Advanced Mode > Tools > Resident > Resident TeaTimer
