SpyAxe keeps coming back!

I keep getting this thing coming back. Furthermore, I get an exclamation point in a yellow triangle that keeps coming back saying spyware is on my computer. Spybot finds it when I run a scan, deletes it until the next time I load IE, then the thing comes back again.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
