SpyBot 1.4 unable to remove items

Hi, I have run S&D and it has told me that it has fixed a number of items and that it could not fix one as it is in use, re-run S&D on reboot, which I have and it again comes up with multiple hits and the error that it is unable to remove the following:

The log file reports:
Log: Activity: SchedLgU.Txt (Backup file, fixing failed)
C:\WINDOWS\SchedLgU.Txt
