Spybot 152 installed but keeps asking to be downloaded again

I have downloaded Spybot 152 several times, as when I try to run the program, it asks to be downloaded yet again. I also have an earlier version of Spybot which is working well. What am I doing that is wrong? Puzzled! Joan

Assuming that you downloaded and installed spybotsd152.exe:
  1. What are you attempting to do when you receive the message?

  2. What is the exact contents of message that you are getting?
