Spybot and Firefox

Whenever I launch Firefox, I lose all immunisation and it resets to zero. This does not happen with IE. I am using Firefox 4.0

Immunization lost every time Firefox is opened

Although the thread mentions Firefox 3.6.13, it is still relevant. Follow the Site Preferences instructions in post to of the thread.

Thanks for the assistance. After trawling through previous posts on this issue, it seems that unchecking the "Site Preferences" box in Settings prevents the problem. There was some reference to the problem being resolved with later versions of Firefox but that doesn't seem to be the case.

It seems as there is a general problem with Firefox 4 and our immunization feature. To see whats causing that issue we need some more information:

1. Which Firefox Add-Ons are installed on the computer?

2. Which version of Windows are you using?
