Spybot can't remove all malware even when running as an admin

As per the instructions on the site, I ran SB 2.1 as an admin, updated fully, immunized etc but Spybot is still not able to clean over 200 entries. The "status" bar at the far right hand corner reads "error" and a red X is present. I also get this mesage :

"Spybot could not clean these entries in X attempts. We will continue to do so"

I've uploaded the latest scan results and a screenshot of the errors as well.

What should I do?

Did you reboot to allow Spybot to attempt cleaning upon system startup? :)

Is there a particular reason you have these files on D: drive?

Also are you aware of the Warez Dealer Download Server that shows in the log.

As far as I know I don't have any files on D drive since that is a disk drive.

No I was not aware of it but not that I am, I would like it removed. Actually I would like to remove all the malware/spyware, just not sure how to. :)
