Spybot can't Remove

After doing a scan yesterday, the following was found:

Windows.Security.InternetExplorer: Settings (Registry change, nothing done)
HKEY_USERS\S-1-5-21-57989841-113007714-1801674531-1004\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main\FeatureControl\FEATURE_LOCALMACHINE_LOCKDOWN\iexplore.exe!=W=1

I then ran another scan but, although a restore point was made, the same problem is there.

Where do I go from here. Thank you in anticipation.

I followed your link and solved the problem by unchecking the box that says 'Allow active content from CDs to run on this computer.'
