SpyBOT cleaning without deaktivating teatimer

I have made a clean up with spyboot,but i didn´t deaktivate the tea timer the first time!
There have been found a few programms, which i put on delate them.

But it was running without deaktivating the Teatimer.
I have pushed the buttom (by error) rebuild,and there were the programms i have cleaned in another color!

I have made again a clean up this time with deaktivating the teatimer and there was the message there are no spyprogramms!

Is this now cleaned or not?!

There stays there shouldn´t be add something,because it can take longer for a respond, into the meassages, but there is a new development in this case,which i din´t knew yesterday, reporting about the version i used of Spyboot.



I told my system has delayted all virues,but i recieved the message today ,while making a online scann, i have this viruses on my computer:

How can i clean this virus?!
How can i get it out of my system?!
I have tryed it with my virussystem but it is not working!
