Spybot completion time jumps fron 26 minutes to 2888

Hi all!
I'm running Spybot Pro on a Windows 7 computer with a 1tb hard drive,
I'm in limited startup via msconfig when I check my system and the HD is 24% full.

Why did it jump from a 26 minutes to 2888 minutes to complete the scan?

Did the scan actually take 2888 minutes, (48 Hours) to complete?
