Spybot crashes when i click "fix problems" when finished scanning

well the title tells it all actually
well i have spyware and malware on pc
so a freind recommended me this site and spyware protector
and im hoping it works for me
well the problem is when i scan it shows the spyware and everything but when i click "fix selected problems" like Spybot crashes so im not able to fix my problems any solutions plz:angel:
 
Same Problem

When I click "fix" it shortly crashes out with no error messages. Crashes in safe mode also. Any ideas? Am running Windows 2000.
