SpyBot disabling our commerical applications.

Hello I am an architect for a large company that creates commerical software and two of our products are being disabled by SpyBot. This is occurring by removing our regristy entries in Microsoft Window systems. How and who do we contact in the SpyBot commuity to discuss updates to Spybot so that it will not affect our commerical applications?
