Spybot Internet Protection part causes Microsoft Store etc. to fail.
The option to "Use Spybot proxy" is grayed out and unchecked, but the proxy itself is automatically enabled whenever the service is installed despite the warning about Metro apps and cannot be disabled from the Spybot GUI.
To actually disable it, I had to go to Control Panel, Internet Options Connections tab, LAN Settings button then uncheck "Use a proxy server for your LAN".
