Spybot is blocking ALL registry changes

Sometimes changing the registry is a good thing. Several errors have already been made by this problem, and I've been unable to allow the changes because of the bugged popup (I just saw the thread on how to fix that). How can I disable this feature? How can I repair the errors it's created?

Disable TeaTimer as follows:

• Go into Spybot > Mode > Advanced Mode > Tools > Resident
  • Uncheck (if checked) the following:
    Resident "TeaTimer" (Protection of over-all system settings) Active.
• Make sure that TeaTimer is not running by checking for the TeaTimer System Tray Icon. If the icon is there:
  • Right click Spybot's TeaTimer System Tray Icon > click Exit Spybot-S&D Resident. TeaTimer should close.

You can't undo the actual Registry change that you answered "Allow change" or "Deny change" to. In general you must re-stimulate whatever initiated the original Registry change or manually edit the Registry. If you go into Spybot > Mode > Advanced Mode > Tools > Resident, the listing may help you determine what actions were take with TeaTimer.
