Spybot Labs Popup

How do I stop the "Spybot Labs" popup with news? I looked in my startup locations, and could not find anything matching it. I really don't like for popups, and I don't think Spybot should be doing it.

They released a new installer that should get that to stop happening. (m/f) posted here, and Margaret McN has a good post below with a link to the download page which would have the newer installer on it and general directions on how she installed, etc.:
