spybot live protection won't install, beacon says license is broken

I purchased the home edition today and have had nothing but trouble....live protection ran as admin but still would not install or load.........beacon says I need to uninstall and reinstall......I have uninstalled both programs 5 times and reinstalled......still can not get to work.........HELP.....PLEASE
