Spybot not removing Malware

Hello,my nephew had his way with our pc and now I we have experienced everything from Trojans to hijacks to spyware/mal/adware.Spybot has successfully removed most but after running program in safe mode twice and normal mode twice it cannot remove two things,the first is listed as
Fraud.WindowaProtectionSuite and there is 15 entries of malware.next is
Microsoft.Windows.RedirectedHosts and 102 entries of SecurityC I desperatley need help! Thanks!

Please see the forum FAQ which also includes instructions on posting a preliminary DDS log: "BEFORE you POST"(READ this Procedure BEFORE Requesting Assistance)

Then start a new topic, copy paste the DDS.txt log into it and a volunteer analyst will advise you when available.
