Spybot not working since Windows 10 update

Since I updated to Windows 10 my Spybot is not working (its been a few months now). I have reloaded it without any success. When I start up Spybot, my computer tells me that I am running on 2 computers... but I don't have 2 computers!! Does anyone have a suggestion.

When I do run a scan, the scan never ends but continuously cycles. My Spybot message is always, "this computer has not been scanned yet". HELP!

Multiple copies

See if you have more than one copy of Spybot.
I have this copy of spybot for release 2.5
C:\Program Files (x86)\Spybot - Search & Destroy 2
I also had an old copy of release 1.6 which I deleted.
I no longer get the multiple copies message
