Spybot&OneCare

I just installed Spybot S&D on Saturday, since then, my computer has taken at least another 30 seconds or more to boot up. I already have Windows Live OneCare, is it in someway incompatible with Spybot?

There's nothing about wloc being incompatible with Spybot on the compatability page:

I had both on my other computer,and they seem to work fine.
