Spybot removed Winspy.SpySoftWareX - Now What??

Hi! Spybot showed this problem and fixed it. What can I do now? I am really worried. Have I lost Credit Card #"s etc? I am changing all passwords. What other precautions can I take? Keyloggers sound very scary to me. Thanks so much! Beth

Hi Beth and welcome to the forum, looks like a false positive to me. In this first link MisterW of Team Spybot says:

Hello, I can confirm that it is a false positive and it will be solved with our next update scheduled for Wednesday.

I hope so, it was pretty scary. I try to keep all anti-spyware type stuff updated, etc. and be so careful. Thanks for taking the time to answer, I'm sorry I was late with this "thank you." Beth
