Spybot S&D Error Message

Hi

I have the latest version of Spybot Search and Destory and everytime I run the program I keep getting this error message

Exception Processing Message c0000013 Parameters 75b6bf7c 75b6bf7c 75b6bf7c

What does it mean and how do I get it to stop?

hmmm....

does the message pop up but then the program runs fine? or does spybot not run at all?

Also, what version of windows are you using and spybot version? thanks.

no it has run fine at all it barely runs the gives this message.

I have Windows XP Home Edition with all the updates

I will also tell you that I have following

Windows Defender
AVG Anti Virus
Lava Soft
Zone Alarm
Glary Utility

Does a complete uninstall then reinstall help the situation?
 
Well I did the uninstall on it and try to reinstall it and it get message saying it is unable to connect to the network? So I am gathering that the network server is down for maintenance or something else.
 
hi

try unchecking download updates immediately when you install the program. That should solve the problem.
 
Ok I did that and it downloaded. Ask me to check for update which I did, but when I ran the scan again it went right back to making the error message again.

That message is probably refered to the TeaTimer.
Please rightclick on the TeaTimer icon in the system tray and have a look which version of the TeaTimer you run.

Same problem, slightly different error message number

Win XP, Spybot version 1.6.0.31 8/27/08

Program runs fine, then gets repeated Exception Processing Message c0000013 Parameters 75b6bf9c 4 75b6bf9c 75b6bf9c

click continue, message pops up again, continue, scans several more, then message, etc.

PAny help appreciated

My Hard drive letter is "F:"
