spybot S&D is not working

I am unable to search and destroy. I have used this function several times and now it will not run. I may have "blacklisted the process" because i get this message .How do i UNDO THIS. I have not immunized recently and my pc is acting oddly.

are you saying...

A.) you cannot run the program?
B.) you cannot scan your system by clicking the search and destroy button?

what do you mean by blacklisted the process? also what version of spybot are you running, and do you have the latest updates? What is your operating system? XP, Vista? for example. please provide more detail. thank you
